The Community Assembly (CA) is in the City charter as an advisory body to the City Council. The Assembly is composed of representatives from all fo the 29 Spokane city Neighborhoods. Bemiss regularly attends the Community Assembly. Our current representative is Kathryn Alexander (509) 934-5930. You may call her with any questions or issues.
